Contacted Vizio support and had a technician come out a week later to replaced the power board and main board. The tv turns on now and works, however I have to set it up as if it's brand new and I went to download the updates and it has been downloading for hours now and seems to be stuck. I do have high speed internet and it shouldn't be taking this long. I'm afraid of turning the tv off since it's still downloading the updates. Has anyone else have this problem and what was the solution?
